PK1
This is a multi-age program for ages 2 ½ – 6. The PK1 classroom provides an inclusive setting to allow the children to explore, grow, and discover a passion for learning. The Primary program follows the child and allows self -directed learning. It is customized to meet the individual needs and abilities of the child. The main focus of our PK1 program is to support social and emotional development, practice lasting peace, and provide meaningful learning.
This program is a true exploration of nature and how humans are connected to our earth. Children will have time to interact with their natural environment in the forest and outdoor spaces of our campus. They will be allowed ample time to role play, make art, and practice teamwork. This time helps nurture the development of the individual’s character and instill a sense of mindfulness and respect for all living things.
Family-Centered Schedule
BE PK1 offers a flexible, family-centered schedule. There is a Private school option that meets Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; and a Homeschool hybrid option that meet Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Parental involvement is paramount to the success of the BE learning experience. At BE, we recognize parents as the child’s first teachers. We are your partner and support team. This allows you the opportunity to customize your child’s learning experience with personal interests, passions, hobbies, and sports.
